METHOD:
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil,then add brown sugar,water,soy sauce,ginger garlic paste and cook until the sugar get dissolve.
Sauce is ready.
In another pan heat up oil then take beef strips and cover with corn flour then fry it until brown.
Add the beef in sauce and cook it for 5 min.

LEFTOVER CHEESY CHICKEN SALSA
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup - Chopped leftover Chicken
8 Ounce - Mozzarella Cheese
4 Ounce - Salsa
2 Tbsp - Green Onion
DIRECTION:
Take chopped chicken and add salsa in it.
Mix well and spread it into a platter.
Microwave for 30 seconds.
Now sprinkle cheese on it and microwave it for another 30 seconds to melt the cheese.
Sprinkle some green onion and serve hot.

Chicken: 1 whole, cut into pieces
Eggs: 4 beaten
oil: for frying
FOR COATING:
Flour: 2 cups
Red pepper: 4tsp
Chicken powder: 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste:1 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Black pepper: 1tsp
thyme: 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
Heat oil in deep pan.
Mix all the coating ingredient with flour in a bowl.
Dip each piece first in egg then coat it in the flour properly.
Deep fry the chicken until brown.
Dish it out & serve with chili garlic sauce & enjoy.

5 MIN VEG. FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS:
Rice: 2 cup precooked
Cabbage: 1/8 cup grated
Carrot: 1/8 cup grated
Peas: 1 cup boiled
Garlic: 2 table spoon chopped
green chili: 2 table spoon chopped
black pepper: As per taste
Salt: As per taste
Oil: for frying
Green onion: for garnishing
Soy sauce: 2 table spoon
METHOD:
Take a pan, add oil & heat it up.
Add garlic & green chili, stir it up.
Add peas and cabbage once cooked add carrot.
Add salt,pepper,soy sauce and mix well.
Once done dish it out and add green onion on top,Enjoy.

1 MIN EASY & DELICIOUS HOME MADE PIZZA SAUCE
CHICKEN CRUST LESS QUICHE
INGREDIENTS:
Pre cooked chicken chunks : 250 grams
Egg: 8
Milk: 4 ounce
Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
Onion powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt: 1/4 tsp
Cheddar cheese: 2/3 cup grated
Coriander leaves chopped
METHOD:
Pre heat oven to 190 degree C
Grease the cup cake baking try and put chicken chunks in the bottom and cheese
Take a bowl whisk egg and add all the ingredients n mix well
Pour the batter in baking try evenly
Bake it for 15 mins until the cook perfectly lightly brown from top
Serve hot and enjoy
