INGREDIENTS:
Chicken: 1 whole, cut into pieces
Eggs: 4 beaten
oil: for frying
FOR COATING:
Flour: 2 cups
Red pepper: 4tsp
Chicken powder: 1tsp
Ginger garlic paste:1 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Black pepper: 1tsp
thyme: 1/2 tsp
METHOD:
Heat oil in deep pan.
Mix all the coating ingredient with flour in a bowl.
Dip each piece first in egg then coat it in the flour properly.
Deep fry the chicken until brown.
Dish it out & serve with chili garlic sauce & enjoy.
