CRISPY SPLIT PEA PATTY

INGREDIENTS:

Split bengal gram: 250 gm soaked it for 4 hours

Onion: 2 Julian cut

Red chili powder: 1/2 tbsp

Green chili: 6 to 8 chopped

Cumin powder: 1 tsp

Baking soda: 1/4 tsp

Salt: to taste

Oil: for deep frying

METHOD:

Grind pre soaked split bengal gram.

Take a bowl and add all the ingredients and mix well.

Give your desire shape.

fry it until golden brown.

Serve hot.
