INGREDIENTS:
Chicken: 2 breast
Red pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt: as per taste
Pesto: 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup shredded
Oil: for frying
METHOD:
Make pocket in chicken.
marinate it with salt & black pepper.
Stuff pesto & cheese in pocket.
Fry it for 5 min per side.
serve hot.
