CHICKEN B.B.Q PIZZA

Flour 2 cups

yeast 1 1/2 tsp

sugar 1 tsp

salt 1/2 tsp

oil 3 tbsp

egg 1

powder milk 1 tbsp

luke warm water

chicken BBQ chunks 1 cup

pizza sauce 4tbsp

mushroom slice 4

olive slice 4

red chili flacks  1/2 tsp

capsicum slice 4tbsp

onion 2tbsp

oregano 1tbsp

cheddar cheese 3/4 cup

mozzarella cheese   3 cup

DIRECTION:

for doe:

take a bowl add flour,yeast, sugar,salt,oil,egg,powder milk,water and make a doe and flat it,put it in a greased baking try and make small holes with folk and bake it for 7 to 8 min in oven at 200 degree C

take it out and let it cool then add pizza sauce,cheddar cheese,chicken bbq chunks,mushroom,capsicum,olives,onion,red chili flacks,oregano,mozzarella cheese and bake it for 20 min on 200 degree.serve hot.

NAAN (Tandori Roti) (FLATBREADS)

1 Tsp - Dry Yeast

3 Tbsp - Sugar

8.5 Cups - All Purpose Flour

2 Tbsp - Salt

2 Tbsp - Oil

3 Tbsp - Luke Warm Water

2.5 Cup - Cold Water

Clarified butter (Melted Ghee) - For Brushing

DIRECTION:

Combine yeast, 2 Tbsp sugar and luke warm water together and set aside for 5 minutes.

Add cold water, remaining sugar, flour and salt in yeast mixture and mix it for 3 minutes.

Add 2 to 3 tablespoon of cold water if needed.

Add oil in it and need the dough well.

Cover the bowl with plastic and leave it for 80 to 90 minutes to be doubled in quantity.

Make a round small balls covering it with flour dust.

Put all the balls in lightly oil large baking tray spacing them evenly and cover the tray tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 8 to 9 hours.

Pre-heat oven on 500 degree, take out the dough from refrigerator & put some flour on rolling pin and give the dough a round and flat shape.

Bake the naan for 6 to 7 min,until get puffy and lightly brown color.

Take out the naan and lightly apply some clarified butter with brush and serve Hot.

Lemon Honey Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp - Honey

1 - Lemon juice

250 ml - Chicken stock

1 Tbsp - Soy sauce

725 gm - Boneless Chicken

4 Tbsp - Cornflour

4 Tbsp - Vegetable oil

1 - Red Capsicum

1 - Green Capsicum

1/2 Cup - Green Onion

Salt - To taste

Black Pepper - To taste

DIRECTION:

Marinate the boneless chicken with salt and pepper and leave it for 1 hour.

Take a bowl and mix chicken stock, soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey in it and kept aside.

Take the marinated chicken and coat it properly with the cornflour.

Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry the coated chicken pieces in it.

When the chicken become golden brown add red capsicum and green capsicum in it and fry little more.

Then add stock mixture in it and cook till capsicum became tender and gravy became thick.

Add green onion at this stage and toss well.

The lemon honey chicken is ready to serve.

Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

INGREDIENTS:

3 - Boneless chicken breast

1 Cup - All purpose flour

5 - Eggs

200 gm - ricotta Cheese

8 - Lasagna Strips

2 Cups - Bread crumbs

2 Cups - Mozzarella cheese

2 Cups - Parmesan cheese

2 Cups - Tomato sause

Salt - To taste

Black pepper - To taste

DIRECTION:

Pre- heat oven at 200 degree C.

Cut chicken into pieces and marinate it with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a frying pan to fry the chicken.

Dip chicken into flour, then egg, and then in bread crumbs and fry from both side until golden brown.

Now take one egg in a bowl and add ricotta cheese in it and beat it.

Take a casserole dish and spread lasagna strips and then tomato sauce, then chicken and the mozzarella cheese and then Parmesan cheese in it to make layers.

Repeat the steps to make more layers and at last top it with remaining cheese.

Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake for 45 to 55 minutes.

Then uncover the dish and bake again now for only 10 minutes.

Here's the yummy cheesy chicken lasagna is ready to serve.

Serve hot and enjoy.. !!

DELICIOUS MANCHOW NOODLE SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp chopped tomato

2 tbsp chopped cauliflower

1/2 cup boiled noodles

2 tbsp chopped carrot

2 tbsp chopped cabbage

3 cups vegetable stock

2 tsp chopped garlic

2 tsp chopped ginger

2 tsp cornflour

1 tsp oil

3 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp coriander

1 tsp mint leaves

1/2 cup water

DIRECTION:

Place deep pan on high flame. Add oil,when become hot add ginger,garlic,cauliflower,tomato,carrot,cabbage and stir fry for 2 to 3 min.

Add vegetable stock,coriander,mint leaves,noodles, soya sauce,black pepper,salt and bring it to boil.

Add half cup of water into cornflour and make a mixture then add it into the soup and stir it for 1 min.

Pour the soup into serving bowl and garnish it as u desire, enjoy hot delicious manchow noodles soup.

Pasta Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS:

250 gm - Pasta

2 Cups - Baby Corns

250 gm - Boiled Chicken

3 - Green Onions (Sliced)

2 - Tomato (Chopped)

1/4 Cup - Lemon Juice

2 Tbsp - Olive Oil

Salt - to Taste

1/4 Tsp - Red Pepper Crushed

DIRECTION:

Boil pasta as described on the packet.

Drain it and put it in a large bowl.

Add chicken, onions, tomato, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and red pepper into it.

Toss well and serve.

Roasted Chicken

INGREDIENT:

1 cup - margarine

1 whole - chicken

1 Tbs - onion powder

1 stalk - celery, without leaves

Salt - as per taste

Black pepper - as per taste

DIRECTION:

Preheat oven to 350 degree F

Put chicken in roasting pan and apply salt,pepper,margarine and onion powder inside and outside the chicken

Place chopped celery inside the chicken (cavity)

Bake the uncovered chicken for 1 hour & 15 min.set temperature to 180 degree F

Turn off the oven and put melted margarine and cover it with aluminium foil for 30 min & enjoy it with fav. dip.

Quick Mug Omelette Breakfast

INGREDIENTS:

2 - Eggs

2 Tbsp - Milk

2 Tbsp - Cheddar Cheese

1 Tbsp - Chopped Tomato

1 Tbsp - Chopped Capsicum

1 Tbsp - Chopped Onion

1/4 Tsp - Black pepper

1/4 Tsp - Salt

DIRECTION:

Take a mug.

Add all the ingredients init and mix well.

Put it into the microwave for 1 minute or until done.

Take out the mug from the microwave and serve hot.

Tortilla Bites

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 pound ground beef

1/4 cup chunky salsa

1/2 tsp chili powder

2 cups tortilla chips

1 cup Mexican style shredded cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1 green onion thin slices

DIRECTION:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degree F.

Put pan on low heat,add salsa & chili powder,stir it for 3 min.

Put single layer of tortilla chips on baking sheet and place meat on each of the chip covered with cheese.

Bake it for 3 to 5 till cheese melts.

Top it with onion, sour cream & enjoy.

Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS:

12 - large eggs, hard boiled and peeled

1/3 - cup mayonnaise


1 1/2 Tsp - mustard paste


1/4 Tsp - garlic powder


1/8 Tsp - salt


1/2 Tsp Pepper

DIRECTION:


Cut the eggs into half.

Put all the egg yolks into a bowl.

Now mix mayonnaise, mustard paste, garlic powder, salt and pepper into the yolks.

Pour the yolk mixture into the egg whites and decorate.

The yummy deviled eggs are ready to serve.

Tasty Pumpkin Tots

1/2 Pound - Boiled Sweet Potato (Pumpkin)

3/4 Cup - Chickpeas Paste

2 Tbsp - Vegetable Oil

1/2 Tsp - Salt

1/4 Tsp - Black Pepper

1/2 Tsp - Onion Powder

1/2 Tsp - Cinnamon Powder

DIRECTION:

Preheat oven at 180 degree Centigrade.

Take a bowl and shred pumpkin in it.

Now combine shredded pumpkin and chickpeas paste well.

Add vegetable oil, salt, black pepper, onion powder and cinnamon powder into pumpkin better and mix well.

Grease a baking dish with oil.

Make some small patties of the better and put it into backing dish.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve hot.

Butter Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

FOR GRAVY:

400 gm - Chopped Tomatoes

1 - Green Chili (Optional)

1 Tbsp - Grated Ginger

80 gm - Butter (Unsalted)

2 Tsp - Ground Cumin

1.5 Tsp - Paprika Powder

150 ml - Thick Cream

2 Tsp - All Spices Powder (Garam Masala)

1 Tsp - Cumin Seeds (Roasted)

1 Cup - Thick Yoghurt

1 - Crushed Garlic Clove

2 Tbsp - Lemon Juice

For Garnishing - Coriander Leaves

FOR TANDOORI CHICKEN:

800 gm - Boneless Chicken Cubes

1/4 Cup - Lemon Juice

120 gm - Thick Yoghurt

2 - Finely chopped Garlic Clove

2 Tbsp - Tandoori Masala

40 gm - Melted Butter

DIRECTION:

Take a bowl, add chicken cubes, lemon juice, yoghurt, garlic, tandoori masala, and butter in it and mix well.

Keep the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for atleast 1 hour.

Then bake that into preheated oven at 200 degree centigrade until golden brown.

Now for preparing gravy add tomatoes, chilli and ginger to the blender and blend well.

Take a saucepan and add half of the butter into it on a low flame.

Add paprika and cumin powder and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add tomato mixture in it and cook for 10 minutes to be thicken.

After that add chicken, cream and remaining butter in it.

When butter gets melted add cumin seeds, garam masala and salt to it and mix well.

Then add yoghurt, lemon juice garlic and green chillli in it and stir it.

Pour it into the serving bowl and garnish that with coriander leaves.

Serve it with naan to enjoy the fullest.

Yummy Cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup - grated cheese

2 - Eggs

1/4 Cup - All purpose flour

1 Tsp - Salt

1/4 Tsp - Chilli Powder

1/2 Tsp - Baking Powder

Oil - For Frying

DIRECTION:


Take a bowl then pour grated cheese, eggs, all purpose flour, salt, chilli powder, and baking powder into it.

Mix the ingredients well and make a fluffy better of it.

Put the mixture into refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.

Now take a sauce pan and put it onto the flame and heat the oil for frying.

Take out the mixture from the refrigerator and quickly make the balls.

Deep fry all the balls until golden brown.

Your cheese balls are ready to serve. Enjoy it with some ketchup.
