Lemon Honey Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

1 Tbsp - Honey

1 - Lemon juice

250 ml - Chicken stock

1 Tbsp - Soy sauce

725 gm - Boneless Chicken

4 Tbsp - Cornflour

4 Tbsp - Vegetable oil

1 - Red Capsicum

1 - Green Capsicum

1/2 Cup - Green Onion

Salt - To taste

Black Pepper - To taste

DIRECTION:

Marinate the boneless chicken with salt and pepper and leave it for 1 hour.

Take a bowl and mix chicken stock, soy sauce, lemon juice, and honey in it and kept aside.

Take the marinated chicken and coat it properly with the cornflour.

Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry the coated chicken pieces in it.

When the chicken become golden brown add red capsicum and green capsicum in it and fry little more.

Then add stock mixture in it and cook till capsicum became tender and gravy became thick.

Add green onion at this stage and toss well.

The lemon honey chicken is ready to serve.
