Cheesy Chicken Lasagna

INGREDIENTS:

3 - Boneless chicken breast

1 Cup - All purpose flour

5 - Eggs

200 gm - ricotta Cheese

8 - Lasagna Strips

2 Cups - Bread crumbs

2 Cups - Mozzarella cheese

2 Cups - Parmesan cheese

2 Cups - Tomato sause

Salt - To taste

Black pepper - To taste

DIRECTION:

Pre- heat oven at 200 degree C.

Cut chicken into pieces and marinate it with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a frying pan to fry the chicken.

Dip chicken into flour, then egg, and then in bread crumbs and fry from both side until golden brown.

Now take one egg in a bowl and add ricotta cheese in it and beat it.

Take a casserole dish and spread lasagna strips and then tomato sauce, then chicken and the mozzarella cheese and then Parmesan cheese in it to make layers.

Repeat the steps to make more layers and at last top it with remaining cheese.

Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake for 45 to 55 minutes.

Then uncover the dish and bake again now for only 10 minutes.

Here's the yummy cheesy chicken lasagna is ready to serve.
