SOUR & SPICY POTATOES

Potato: 1 bowl boiled

Red chili powder: 1 tsp

Red chili flakes: 1 tsp

Tamarind juice: 1/2 cup

Salt: as per taste

Oil: for shallow fry

Lemon juice: 4 tbsp

Curry leaves: 8 to 10

METHOD:

Cut potato into small pieces.

In a pan heat up oil.

Add all the ingredients & mix well.

Cook it until the juices get thick.

Serve hot
